A "system reset" for your home. While a standard clean handles the basics, this intensive process targets the hidden grime and neglected corners that routine maintenance misses.
Maintenance Cleaning
The "keep it pretty" phase of home care. It's the routine upkeep that happens after a deep clean has already established a high standard of cleanliness.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! We actually prefer to have the home or office space empty, that way we can navigate much easier and focus more on the cleaning. Most of our clients provide us with a key, a door code, or leave a key in a secure lockbox. However, if you’d prefer to be there to show us around the first time, we’re happy to meet you!
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we provide all the necessary professional-grade cleaning products and equipment (vacuums, mops, cloths).
Note: If you have a specific product you’d like us to use on a particular surface, just leave it out and let us know!
Do I need to "pre-clean" before you arrive?
You don't need to clean, but if you do have the time, a quick declutter helps immensely. Picking up toys, clothes, or stacks of paper allows our team to focus their time on deep cleaning your surfaces rather than organizing belongings.

How do you determine your pricing?
Our rates are based on the square footage of your space, the number of rooms, and the level of cleaning required (Standard vs. Deep Clean). You can get a free estimate by a call or by emailing us at modernvalleymaid@gmail.com
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! We request at least 24/48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a small fee to cover our staff's lost time.
What if I’m not happy with the service?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If we missed a spot, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to fix it at no additional cost to you.
